Scotch eggs
Used to make these years ago with meat free soya mix. And homemade bread crumbs.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 200 g pork mince with 1/4 diced red onion and chopped spinach 8 leaves. Salt/ pepper & add yolk.
* Step 2
Next take your boiled eggs. I cook for 10 minutes to get hard boiled. Roll the meat around the eggs nice and smooth and set aside.
* Step 3
Next take a 2 day old bun (stale) and grate into a bowl.
* Step 4
When grated roll your uncooked scotch egg around the bread crumbs and spray with oil and put in oven on medium heat for 45 minutes turning a few times throughout cooking.
* Step 5
Then serve with salad
Add more salt and pepper to egg.
