2 egg white ham & mushroom omelette

My husband's health with having a heart bypass we try to keep the fat and sugar low when cooking, he's also type 2 diabetes. So 1 egg white is 15 calories and no cholesterol. So I make him one daily.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray oil frying Pan and add the washed and cut in half mushrooms, cook a little. I've used larger mushrooms here but smaller mushrooms are better as they bind better with the egg white.

Mix the egg white and milk and stir add a little salt and pepper.

Then chop up as much ham as you like into squares or little strips and add onto the egg white mix. This will be on a medium heat.

When underside is cooked nicely turn over with spatula don't worry if it falls to bits at the side. Add more pepper and salt if you like. We use a low salt.

One of the pics is without mushrooms and looks nicer Don't be put off by how it looks because the egg whites tastes great and healthy.
