Easy Peasy Caesar-y Salad
I eat this at least 4 times a week so thought I should share it for my #lowcarb cookbook. Not quite Caesar but Caesar-y because I don’t add croutons. Always fills me up until dinner time!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized chunks and toss in a bowl
* Step 2
Next cut the feta into cubes, slice and season the eggs and deli turkey
* Step 3
Mix everything gently in a bowl and serve. Season and add light dressing to taste
