Strawberry and mint millefeuille

One of the first things I made pastry style! When training as a chef! Recommend you use shop bought puff pastry when making this :)

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut puff pasty into strips then put in the fridge for 30 minutes

* Step 2

Make the crème chantilly by adding double cream, icing sugar and vanilla and whipping until firm

* Step 3

Put the chilled puff pastry sheets into the oven 180 5 minutes

* Step 4

After 5 minutes take out of the oven and dust with icing sugar then put back into oven for a further 5 minutes

* Step 5

When done slice the puff slices carefully, cream one layer then top with another piece of pastry cream then top with strawberries and fresh mint
