Crispy Chrunchy Masala Soya Chunks
A Nutritious and Healthy snacks. You should make this often for your kids and yourself for the in between hunger pranks and when you want to have something Chatpata.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water and add in the Soya chunks and boil for about 5 minutes, the soya chuncks will swell up and become soft. Let it cool and drain the water out. Gently squeeze the water out and add all the ingredients under Crispy Soya Chunks in a bowl and mix well, so that it evenly coats the soya chunks. In the meantime, heat oil to deep fry also.
* Step 2
Once the oil heats, fry the soya chunks till they are Crispy, it may take from 15-20 minutes for each batch. My kadai is not very big so I fried in 3 batches. Adjust heat accordingly so that the soya chunks becomes crispy and crunchy. Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb excess oil if any. Sprinkle black rock salt, Chaat Masala as per taste. Enjoy with your cup of tea.
