Smooth and Creamy Beetroot Hummus

#cookeverypart #cookpadindia #bcam2021 Hummus is the most most popular Arabic dip made of Chickpea and Tahini and other ingredients. Part of a typical Arabic Cold Mezza Platter.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In the mixer grinder jar add the chickpea, garlic, black pepper, grounded Cummin, salt, cayenne pepper/ Chilli powder and little water about 1-2 tbsps to help in grinding. Once it forms a rough paste, add the tahini and olive oil and lemon juice and give it a good blend and grind it in a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Put it in a bowl, make a shallow dent and drizzle E.Bhi. Olive oil (must) and garnish it with parsley, pomegranate,boiled beetroot and few chickpeas which is totally optional. You can sprinkle some freshly crushed Black Peppercorns while having it.
