This is a versatile Vegan spread with Moringa and Avocado.
It can be used as Spread on Toast, Sandwich, Tortillas and Dip with Nachos/ Tortillas Chips etc.
As it doesn't have onion, tomato, cilantro and chillies mixed into it, it has a longer self life in the fridge in an airtight container, so you can make on the weekend for your hectic weekdays in advance for a quick nutritious healthy breakfast and Tiffin.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the avocado from the middle and scoop out the pulp and put it in a blender jar or mixer grinder jar along with peeled garlic cloves and other ingredients and grind & blend it till it forms a smooth SPREAD. Check salt and tanginess and add & adjust as per your taste. Use it on Toast with some salsa or as a Sandwich Spread, as Vegan Dip with Tortillas Chips/ Nachos etc. As this doesn't have onion, tomato etc. It keeps well in the fridge for 3-5 days, just stir it before spreading it.
