This smoothie is power packed with the goodness of Moringa, Orange, Carrot, Cucumber, Chia seeds and is sugarfree.
The orange and the carrot gives its natural sweetness to the smoothie.
It's great to have for breakfast.
Most of us know the nutritional and health benefits of orange, carrot, cucumber and Chia seeds so let me highlight the nutritional and health benefits of Moringa here.
As per the studies, research and publications made by the nutritional experts,Moringa leaves have 7 times more Vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. It's also packed with antioxidants, substances that can protect cells from damage and may boost your immune system.
It's safe to consume moringa daily, upto 70 gms Leaf and 11 teaspoons Powder form.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Chia seeds with enough water for about 20-30 minutes at least, it will swell up. Juice the orange. Take the moringa leaves off the stalk and wash thoroughly, peel and dice the carrot and cucumber.
* Step 2
In a blender add in Carrot, cucumber, moringa and orange juice. You can add ice in this or add afterwards also direct in the serving glass or simply skip if you don't want to have.
* Step 3
Grind and blend till its smooth. Pour in the glass and add the Chia seeds too. Stir and mix it and have fresh.
