Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil (for about 20 minutes) or roast the raw green mangoes and let it cool. Make other ingredients ready.
* Step 2
Peel and and separate the pulp of the mango. Grind the mint, ginger, chillies with a pinch or two of common salt, add the mango pulp and blend that too. Then add the lemon juice, rock salt, roasted Cummin and Coriander Powder and curd and blend everything.
* Step 3
Mix the boondi and pour it in a serving bowl, garnish with boondi, pomegranate, mint leaves and roasted Cummin and coriander powder and serve Fresh with Papad/ papadum along with rice, Dal etc.
