Simple & Easy Fried Parwal / Potol / Pointed Gourd

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Scrap the Parwal / Potol Sprinkle, cut lengthwise, if the seeds are yellow and matured scoop it out, if the seeds are young leave it if you like having it. Then sprinkle salt and Turmeric powder and mix it along with the Potol/ Parwal, leave it for sometime to macerate.
* Step 2
Heat enough oil to shallow fry the Potol. Add in the potol upside down as seen in picture. After few minutes flip the Parwals and fry, once and twice flip it again and fry till the Potol / parwal starts curling in. Serve it as a side dish with Rice, Dal etc.
(Adjust the flame accordingly.)
