Aloo Kabli / Aloo Chaat (Simple Easy & Healthy Chaat)

As two boiled potatoes were lying after seeing them felt like having Aloo Kabli aka Aloo Chaat in Kolkata style. One of the favourite Street food and healthy too, a good workout fuel before you head to the gym Luckily had some soaked tamarind too, no worries if not there our Humble friend Lemon/ Lime is always there to add that soury zing to the Chaat. Some soaked Kala Chana also goes into it, some boil and add , some have it raw, it's up to you. But since I didn't have soaked Kala Chana, I simply skipped it. You can chop and add some cucumber too. As I added chopped chilli so I skipped chilli powder. So in no time my Chatpata Aloo Kabli was ready ! #cookpadidia #potato #aloo #chaat #healthy #snacks #nutritionalweek

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all ingredients as mentioned above.

* Step 2

Put the potatoes and all other ingredients to the bowl except the Sev Bhujia. Give it a gentle thorough mix.

* Step 3

Adjust seasoning as per taste. Serve with Sev Bhujia Garnishing, which is optional if you would like to totally avoid fried food, but it adds that crunch to Aloo Kabli.
