Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or a big frying pan. Add the whole dry red chillies and Schezwan peppercorns and fry it for a minute, add garlic and fry and then add the Water Spinach and stir fry it.
* Step 2
When it starts wilting add salt mix well and your water spinach stir fry is ready.
* Step 3
Garnish with roasted Sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice as side dish.
