* Step 1

To the chicken broth obtained after cooking whole chicken, add onion, Chinese Five Spice Powder, white pepper and salt and cook for another half an hour or so. Strain and serve it hot with steamed etc. Garnish with Green onion. If you want eat the boiled carrot and beans too.
