Izma Salsa

This sour and sweet salad is used in the Middle Eastern cuisines. I am going to use it to make Kofta Mein'laban, you have just have it as regular Salsa/ salad too. #koftamalaban #cookpadindia #healthy #nutritious salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the onion, garlic, chillies, Jalepeno, olive, deseed the tomatoes and chop that too. Chop fresh parsley or coriander whatever you have or using.

Put everything in a bowl. Mix well..your sweet tangy Izma Salsa is ready.... Let it rest for half an hour in the fridge.....you can use it to garnish or top your Kofta Mein'laban or have it with anything. Bon Appetit!!!
