Chicken clear soup
This clear chicken soup is a hassle free soup which we love having it with momos and sometimes just to sooth our throat. Garnish with coriander/ spring onion/ chilli vinegar / soya sauce/ black pepper powder etc. whatever you prefer or nothing at all. It's made with the leftover chicken bones after making boneless chicken. It can be used as a chicken stock for other soups too ( just be careful of the salt then ).If you have any veggies just peel and add into it whole. Your chicken soup will be ready in an hour.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
After deboning the chicken,wash the bones and add it into a pot. Just crush the ginger garlic and cut the onion into 2 or 4.
* Step 2
Add all the ingredients in the pot along with 4 cups water (as my pot can accommodate that much). Make about 1.5 -2 litres hot water ready in another pot or electric kettle.
* Step 3
Throw in some coriander and spring onion also (& any veggies also if you have in the starting only). Let it boil for an hour adding a cup or two of hot water as and when required in total I added 5 cups of hot water.
* Step 4
When it's done. Strain it and your Chicken clear soup is ready. Serve hot! Bon Appetit!
