Dancing Soup
My 12 year old and I were inspired by the lemon chicken soup at Daphne's Greek- though ours is really NOTHING like theirs.
Ingredient
Food ration :

Cooking time :
20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
dice yam, potato and carrot
* Step 2
chop onion; mince (or press) ginger & garlic
* Step 3
slice chard into strips and chop stalk
* Step 4
saute veggies in coconut oil... start at top of ingredient list, add each in about 2 min after the previous one
* Step 5
when the yam is tender to poke with a fork but not mushy, zest the lemon over the veggies
* Step 6
squeeze juice of lemon over veggies
* Step 7
add chicken and bone broth, bring to a boil
* Step 8
simmer about 5 minutes to bring out flavors
* Step 9
add sea salt & ground white pepper to taste
