Chard & Kale With Bonito Flakes

My friends at the office cooked this one time and I loved it! This is me trying to recreate a delicious dish cooked by my Japanese colleagues :)

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
1 tbsp

Olive oil

4 clove

Garlic

1/2 bunch

Chard

1/2 bunch

Kale

1 envelope

Bonito flakes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop garlic and cut kale and chard into thin strings

* Step 2

Sauté the garlic in olive oil

* Step 3

Add the chard and kale. Cook well stiring constantly on medium heat for 5-10 minutes

Add the bonito flakes and mix well

* Step 5

Beat the eggs

* Step 6

Add the beaten eggs and mix well

* Step 7

Immediately after adding the eggs switch off season with salt and pepper and serve!
