The winter has arrived and it's time for the oranges - Darjeeling, Nagpur etc. It's time to marinate the orange with chillies and garlic and temper with mustard oil and fenugreek or simple mix it with mustard oil only ( no tempering ) and sit with a bowl full basking in the winter sun and have this . You will get both the vitamins - Vitamin C from the orange and green chillies and Vitamin The from the sun which are both immunity boosters including the garlic . Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the oranges and take out the fruit pulp. Peel garlic and take off the stalk of the Chillies.

* Step 2

Grind the chilli and garlic with little salt and mix it with the orange along with little rock and sugar (if you are adding, I didn't add) and check the normal salt and add if required.

* Step 3

Once mixed, heat mustard oil and temper the fenugreek/ Methi seeds and pour it on the marinated orange.

Give it a mix, serve and eat.
