Perfect pairing of avocado and tomato and healthy too. I had beef with people calling it ovacado but this sandwich's name has vindicated them LOL!

* Step 1
Spoon scoops of avocado on one bread slice.
* Step 2
Arrange tomato slices on top.
* Step 3
If needed, sprinkle some herbal salt. Might not be necessary. Advice is to taste first.
* Step 4
Complete sandwich with second bread slice.
