Fai con quello che hai Pasta Bake
Pasta al forno (oven baked pasta) dates back to the late Middle Ages and Renaissance when it was served at banquets in the palaces of the nobles. It is still a staple dish in many southern Italian towns, especially in the region of Campania.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions until just shy of al dente and drain and reserve a cup of pasta water. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
* Step 2
Mix together the cream cheese, pesto, lemon zest and juice, half of the Parmesan, onion and garlic granules, Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Loosen with the pasta water. Shred the chicken then fold it in along with the basil.
* Step 3
Fold the chicken mix into the cooked pasta and place in an ovenproof dish. Combine the breadcrumbs with the remaining parmesan then scatter on top of the pasta. Bake in the centre of the oven on 180 degrees C fan for 30 minutes until the topping is crunchy and golden.
