The Tzatziki Dip is also called Lebanese tzatziki dip made with hung curds or Greek yogurt, cucumber flavoured with garlic and dill leaves and extra virgin olive oil. All ingredients for this dip are easily available in the Indian retail stores.
Indian style tzatziki dip is super quick and easy to make, if you have guests walking-in this can be made quickly. You can use it to make wraps, salads, sandwiches or have it with pita bread or your favourite veggies. Some people also prefer adding lemon juice to

Although no cream is used in the recipe, the Tzatziki dip is very creamy because of the hung curds. To get the authentic texture, it is important to get really thick hung curds. The flavor is supremely satisfying......

To make tzatziki dip, combine the cucumber and little salt in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water and place in another deep bowl.
