Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spaghetti 🍝 For Fried Noodles, keep the pan on the flame, put Water, some Salt & boil it. When the Water boiled off the flame and put Noodles in it and cover it for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 2

Drain out the water & take it out in a big bowl. Put some Oil & mix well & keep it for cooling down.

Then fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in color & make it crispy.

For spaghetti Bhel, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, finely chopped Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger & saute them.

Then put long chopped Carrot, Capsicum (Red, Yellow) Cabbage, Spring Onion & Tomato in it. Cook them for 2 minutes, turn the flame off & keep them cool.

Then put some Tomato Ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce, some Raw Veggies, Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, Black Pepper Powder, Fried Noodles, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves. Mix everything properly and serve.

Ready to serve. Any time the spaghetti chaat / spaghetti Bhel. You call a chaat simply mouth watering garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and carrot..

Notes:- Firstly make sure not to overcook the pasta else it will turn mushy.
