Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pat dry the lady' finger Let it air dry for 5-10 mins Cut the crown of the Bhindi / lady's finger and make slits inbetween Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, fry the lady's finger till they start browning
* Step 2
Once they start browning, add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and cumin powder mix them well.
* Step 3
After the gram flour to it and mix well cook till gram flour starts turning golden in colour
* Step 4
Finally add coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
* Step 5
Serve it hot with phulka or rice.
