The unique thing about this Green Mango Chutney is the addition of coconut in the recipe. Its sour, spiced, tangy and will absolutely make the simplest meal, a firecracker!..

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse the mangoes well. Then, dry them with a kitchen towel. Peel and chop them into small pieces.

* Step 2

Remove and discard the stones. In a blender or grinder, add the chopped mangoes, coconut, garlic, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt as required.... Blend the ingredients to a smooth mango chutney, scraping the sides every 35-45 second add more water only as required while bleeding.

* Step 3

Transfer mango chutney to serving bowl. Serve with any snacks like pakora, samosa and sandwich.
