Ingredient

Food ration :

1 cake

Cooking time :

30-35 minutes
1 cup 125-130 grams

All-purpose flour /

1/4 Cup

Curd

1/2 Cup

Sugar powder

1/ 4 cup

Refined Oil

1/2 Cup

Milk-

1/2 Cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep a pan on the flame and put a stand in it and cover it. Preheat the pan on slow flame. If you are using Microwave Convection/OTG then preheat it also.

Grease the Cake Tin with Oil/ Ghee/Butter / butter paper and dust some All-purpose Flour in it. (Your choice)

In a bowl, put some All-purpose Flour, Vanilla Custard Powder, Baking Powder, Curd, Condensed Milk, Powdered Sugar and Oil in it and add Milk gradually to make the Cake batter. Then add some Vanilla Essence in the batter and mix it well. Then put the batter in the ready Cake Tin and put it in the preheated pan. Bake theEssence in the batter and mix it well.

* Step 4

Then put the batter in the ready Cake Tin and put it in the preheated pan. Bake the Sponge Cake in it for 30 mins on low to medium flame. You can also bake the Cake in Microwave Convection/OTG at 180 degree for 25 mins. Keep the Baked Cake for cooling down and then demould the Cake.
