Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large vessel take water, and 1 tsp salt, and get to a boil. now add 1 pack of Hakka noodles and boil for 2 minutes.

Refer to the package instructions to know the cooking time.

Once the noodles cook to al dente, then drain off.

* Step 4

Rinse with cold water to stop further cooking.

* Step 5

Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.

* Step 6

This prevents from noodles sticking to each other.

How to make a spicy sauce for noodles:

Firstly, in a small bowl take 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp vinegar.

Also add Β½ tsp chili powder, ΒΌ tsp pepper powder, and Β½ tsp salt.

* Step 10

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

* Step 11

Firstly, in a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil add 3 clove garlic, 2-inch ginger, 2 tbsp spring onion, and 1 chili.

* Step 12

Stir fry on high flame. now add Β½ onion and cook slightly without browning the onions.

Further add Β½ carrot, Β½ capsicum, 5 beans, and stir fry making sure the vegetables are crunchy.

Add in boiled noodles, prepared sauce mix, and ΒΌ cup cabbage.

Mix well combining everything well.

Also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and give a final mix.

Finally, enjoy desi Hakka noodles when it is still hot.
