Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the green chutney, :- take coriander and mint leaves in a blender jar. Add garlic cloves, ginger plece and squeeze lemon In it. Add green chillies, raw peanuts, and salt. Add ΒΌ cup water and blend to a fine paste.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add lotus seeds and sautΓ© for 5-6 minutes on low heat. Add red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well. Add salt and toss till well combined. Take the pan off the heat.

* Step 3

Take yogurt in a large bowl, add powdered sugar and the toasted lotus seeds and mix well. Transfer into individual serving bowls.

Drizzle prepared green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, and drizzle red chilli-garlic chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt and roasted cumin powder.

* Step 5

Sprinkle chopped onion, chopped tomato and sprinkle sev. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander.
