an extremely simple and easy potato snack recipe made with mashed potatoes and garlic. it basically an extension to the ring . made with potato, suji and cornflour in a garlic flavour. it is a perfect and tasty evening snack meal that is typically served with a spicy red chutney or schezwan chutney but can be served as it is
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tbsp butter. add 4 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
add 1 cup water and ½ tsp salt. get to a rolling boil.
keep stirring and add ¾ cup rava.
continue to stir until the rava absorbs all the water.
* Step 2
Sprinkle 2 tbsp water, cover and rest for 10 minutes.
after 10 minutes, the rava has absorbed the moisture. transfer to the large bowl.
also add 2 potato, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
since the dough is sticky, add ¼ cup corn flour and mix well.
* Step 3
Mix well forming a non-sticky dough.
grease the dough with oil and roll slightly thick.
cut into ring shapes using a round cutter.
deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.
* Step 5
Stir occasionally, until the potato rings turn golden brown and crisp.
finally, drain off the potato garlic rings and enjoy with spicy tomato garlic chutney.
how to make spicy tomato garlic chutney:
firstly, in a bowl soak 7 dried red chilli in hot water until it softens.
* Step 6
Transfer the soaked chilli into mixer jar.
add 2 tomato and grind to a smooth paste. keep aside.
in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 4 clove garlic. saute slightly.
* Step 7
Pour in prepared tomato chilli paste and cook well.
also, add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp sugar and mix well.
finally, enjoy spicy tomato garlic chutney with snacks.
