Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. add 1 tsp garlic cloves

Add onion and salt, crushed pepper, potatoes cut into cubes.

Add broccoli cut into pieces (remove stem)

* Step 4

Add 1 cup water cover the lid and cook until potatoes are mushy. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.

Churn in mixie to make smooth mixture transfer the mixture in same pan keep the flame slow

Add some water (if it's too thick) add fresh cream/ malai.

Add 1 cube processed cheese and mix it.cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.

And the soup is ready take it in a serving bowl, garnish with some cheese and delicious broccoli and cheese soup with toast.
