* Step 1

In a bowl add the ginger- garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and water. mix well to paste consistency. check for seasoning

Now smear the past all over the fish meat and let it marinate for minimum 30 minutes to 1 hour

Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides in medium flame till it's cooked
