Mango Phirni

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 people

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
1 liter

Milk -

1 cup/to taste

Sugar

As needed

Few pistachios

as required

Few sliced almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a 1/4 cup of basmati rice, wash it and dry them completely on a paper towel.

* Step 2

Once it got dried, grind them into a coarse mixture.

* Step 3

Take a pan, add 1 liter milk, coarsely ground rice and cook them.

* Step 4

Keep stirring the rice and milk mixture.

* Step 5

Once rice is cooked add one cup of sugar, Cardamom powder and mix it well.

* Step 6

Turn off the stove, once the mixture thickens.

* Step 7

Add 1 tsp of Rose water and cool the mixture completely.

* Step 8

Transfer it to bowl, add pistachios, silced almonds, one ripe mango puree and mix it well the phirni.

* Step 9

Refrigerate and it cold.

Garnish with almond, Pistachios and cashew nuts
