Kushka /plain Biryani

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the basmati rice for about 30 minute
* Step 2
Heat some ghee in a pan and add a piece of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom,maze and nutmeg powder, shallots, garlic, ginger paste and green chilies
* Step 3
Saute this for about 2 minutes and add coriander leaves and mint leaves and cook this for about 10 minutes
* Step 4
Let the mixture cool down and grind it to a fine paste
* Step 5
In a pressure cooker, add some ghee bay leaf,star anise, clove, cardamom, stone flower and onions
* Step 6
Saute the onion till they are golden brown in colour
* Step 7
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder,chili powder, salt and coriander powder and saute them
* Step 8
Add the ground masala paste, and cook them until the raw smell goes away
* Step 10
Add the soaked rice into the pressure cooker and add water
* Step 11
Cook the Biryani on a medium flame for about 2 whistles
* Step 12
Let the pressure subside and garnish the khuska with some freshly chopped coriander leaves
* Step 13
Serve the khuska hot with some raita by the side
