Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep sabudaana in a pan and roast it on a medium flame for 5 min. Allow it to cool down and grind in mixer to make powder
* Step 2
Transfer to the bowl and mix all the ingredients and knead a dough. Cover the dough for 5 mins and then make a roll to make puri.
* Step 4
Fry the puri in kadhai and serve with aloo ki sabji and aamras
