Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take curd and add all the dry masala. Mix it well. In another bowl take boiled rice and mix it with curd bowl.
* Step 2
In a pan heat oil and put rye, curry leaves, garlic and green chilli. Cook for 2 mins.
* Step 3
Now add the bowl of rice and put garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve it with potato sabji
* Step 4
Serve with coriander chutney roasted papad, potato sabji
