Aam panna/mango panna

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour enough water and pressure cook the raw mango for about 4-5 whistles
* Step 2
Remove the skin and chop the mango
* Step 3
Blend it to a fine puree add water if required
* Step 4
To melt the jaggery ratio-1/2 cup of mango puree to one cup of jaggery (1:2) once melted, strain the jaggery (not) the jaggery has to be melted to remove any dirt or impurities)
* Step 5
To make the concentrate for the aam panna stir the raw mango puree and the melted jaggery together,add 1 tsp of roughly pound peppercorns, cardamom pods,1 tsp of pound cumin powder,1 tsp of black salt
* Step 6
Mix everything and give quick stir
* Step 7
Switch off the stove stir for a few minutes to dissolve the lumps in the mango puree
* Step 8
Cool the mixture bottle it and use it when you want to make the drink 🍻🍻
* Step 9
For serving:- take a desired amount of aam panna and pour enough water mix it well
* Step 10
Take few ice cube in a mason jar or any tall glass
* Step 11
Add few mint leaves and fill the glass / jar with aam panna
* Step 12
Refreshing aam panna is ready to taste
