Masala pasta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take water in a pot add salt and let it boil. Then add pasta and cook till it becomes soft.strain the pasta and keep it aside then drizzle oil to prevent pasta from sticking
* Step 2
Heat a kadai with oil add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies saute till the onion are transparent
* Step 3
Add the tomatoes and saute them
* Step 4
After the tomatoes are mushy, add salt and mix then add capsicum, carrot, beans.
* Step 5
Add water to cook the vegetables
* Step 6
Close and cook for 10 minutes till the veggies are cooked
* Step 7
Add the red chilli flakes, Italian seasoning,red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix them well
* Step 8
Grate some mozzarella cheese and give it a quick mix
* Step 9
Add the cooked pasta, mix everything well
* Step 10
Finally, add coriander leaves, mix well and serve the masala pasta
