Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
2 packets

Maggi

1 cup

peas

2 tbsp

oil

2 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions and then add potatoes, carrot, capsicum, peas, salt, coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and tomatoes cook for few minutes

Then add two cups of water along with maggi and a tastemaker.

Cook till the water dries.

Now in another pan heat some butter.

Add garlic, red chillies and red chilli powder.

Pour this mixture on maggi. Your Punjabi Tadka Spicy Maggi Masala is ready.
