Masala veg Tacos

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
1+1/2 cup

maida

3-4 tbsp

oil

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

sweet corn

1/4 tsp

turmeric

as required

Butter

2 tbsp

soya sauce

1/2 tbsp

black pepper

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1 tsp

oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly boil the potatoes and corn separately in a cooker.

In a Pan add oil and then add green chilli paste and onion and cook.

Add capsicum and cook for few mins on low flame.

Then add all the sauces and black pepper.

Add boiled corn and potatoes to this and switch the flame off.

In a bowl add maida and salt and knead a dough with oil and water.

Make a round balls and using Il rolling pin stretch and roast on tawa.

To the roasted side add this potato corn masala along with cheese.

Again add cheese and close it to make a tacos.

Now take this tacos and roast from both the sides on tawa.

Serve it with ketchup 😋
