Ingredient

milk

As per taste

1/2 tbsp

oregano

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a Kadhai add butter, garlic and then onion.

Now add other veggies and cook on medium flame.

To this add maida and milk and cook till dry.

Now add all the dry ingredients and prepare a dough out of it.

Keep aside in fridge for 1 hour and make small balls dipped in corn flour.

Fry it well.

Then dip in bread crumbs and then deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
