Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
1/2 cup

Oats

1/2 cup

Curd

2 tbsp

Tomato

1/4 tbsp

Salt

1/4 tsp

Black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take oats and add water. Mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.

* Step 2

To this then add besan, curd, grated ginger and green chilli.

* Step 3

Add water and mix it to make smooth paste.

Add veggies like carrot, capsicum and tomatoes.

* Step 5

Add pinch of salt, black pepper and turmeric and mix well. Also add coriander.

* Step 6

In a pan heat oil and spread the cheela batter.

Flip the cheela to cook it from both sides.

Then serve with chutney.
