Easy and Quick Recipe Boondi ka Raita

Ingredient

curd

to taste

Salt

as required

Oil to fry

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix gram flour, red chilli powder, and salt. Then add water and make a smooth batter.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Take a sieve or soon with holes and pour the batter through it into the pan to create boondi.

* Step 3

Fry till golden brown. Then remove it and keep it aside to cool.

* Step 4

Now mix the curd nicely. And add boondi to it.

* Step 5

Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and garam masala according to your taste.

* Step 6

You can also store the boondi in an airtight container and use it in future.
