Masala Lady's finger(Bhindi masala)

Ingredient

Cooking time :

500 gms

Lady finger

1/2 tsp

Garam masala

4 tbsp

Oil

1 pinch

Asafoetida

1/2 tsp

Mustard seed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash bhindi and wipe dry. Cut the tip head of each bhindi. Now cut the lady fingers lengthwise into two halfs.

* Step 2

In a pan put the cut lady finger and 2 tbsp oil on it and mix well. For 15 minutes.

* Step 3

In separate pan put 2 tbsp oil and the ingredients for masala. Cook well.

* Step 4

Add the prepared masala and the remaining ingredients to the lady fingers. Mix well..

* Step 5

Cook for 3-4 minutes.. Ready to serve 😋 Bhindi masala
