Masala Maggi Vegetable Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan heat oil and butter. Now add onions to fry them. Now add all the chopped vegetables and cook them.
* Step 2
Add Salt and tomato pury. Mix well. Now add coriander powder, red chilli, biryani masala and garam masala.
* Step 3
Mix it well and add soya sauce. Cook it for 2 mins. Now add boiled rice and Maggi to it.
* Step 4
Add Maggi masala and also lemon juice. Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and coriander leaves for decoration.
* Step 5
You can also add biryani masala and spring onion before serving.
