Jaggery is freshly cropped and eaten with newly harvest Rice, which gives a perfect lustre to the dish. #HFS

* Step 1
Wash and boil rice with 2 cup s of water, keep stirring continuously to avoid sticking in the bottom.when the rice is cooked and mashed properly add jaggery and till get the theek consistency.lastly add ghee, salt and cardamom powder
* Step 2
Garnish with dryfruits and coconut.
