Wash pumpkin leaves and stems.
Chop them properly.
* Step 2
Take oil in a kadhai add Red chilli pieces, jeera, and garlic.Add 1 tbsp of roasted moong dal.After a min and onion and pumpkin pieces.fry for two minutes, gradually add pumpkin leaves and stems.cook in a high flame till water evaporates and then add salt and sugar. cook it covered for a minute.lastly add coconut pieces.put of the gas.
