#Win #Week7__Though vegetables are available in every season. But the taste of real wedges we will get especially in winters. The freshness of veggies gives a perfect luster to the dish.

Ingredient

jeera

3 tablespoon

corn flour

1 tablespoon

Rava (fine)

2 tablespoons

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in a kadhai add jeera, green chilli, onion after 2 minutes of fry add all grated vegetables. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Add matar, salt, haldi and red chilli powder. Fry for another 5 minutes after that add potato meshed with help of your hand and bread pieces. Lastly add roasted peanuts and put off the gas allow it to cool totally.Add corn flour and make balls out of it.

Coat these veg balls with Rava. Give a perfect shape of your choice then shallow fry with help of butter.
