Ingredient

Half litre

milk

3 tablespoons

sugar

1 teaspoon

cardamom powder

Half litre

full cream milk

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

1 tablespoon

wheat flour

1 tablespoon

semolina

Half teaspoon

pepper powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour milk into a vessel, when it starts boiling add lemon juice, after it starts cuddling put off the gas.

* Step 2

Strain it separately way from the cottage cheese and wash it with help of water 2 to 3 times to remove the soreness of the lemon. Be it in a strainer for half an hour.

* Step 3

Need a soft dog with cottage cheese, sugar wheat flour, semolina, saunf, and pepper powder. Knead it properly with help of your heel of the palm. Then make small dumplings and press them with help of your fingers then deep fry them on a low flame.

* Step 4

Take another half liter of milk in a vessel and reduce it to half. Add cardamom powder and sugar to it. Add fried cottage cheese dumplings into it after an hour these dumplings became very soft and ready to eat.
