Urad dal

1/2 teaspoon

teaspoon of jeera

1 tablespoon

groundnuts

1 teaspoon

* Step 1

At first peel the mango grind along with green chilli and ginger without water

* Step 2

Take oil in a kadai Add ground nuts, jeera, mustard seeds,1green chilli and two kinds of Dal. Add Kadi patta half teaspoon of haldi, salt and sugar. Gradually add mango paste fry for 2 minutes and put off the gas. After that add rice mix all these things together and it's done.
