* Step 1
Take ghee in a cooker, gradually add jeera and chana dal into it
* Step 2
After 2 minutes of frying add broken rice and fry for 2 minutes after that add 2 cups of water and salt cook for 2 whistles.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes make small balls out of it.
