Ingredient

Chopped pumpkin

chopped carrot

1 teaspoon

haldi

as per taste

Salt

1 tablespoon

whole coriander

1 teaspoon

jeera

2 tablespoons

ghee

1 teaspoon

mustard seed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cook Dal along with vegetables and one teaspoon of haldi for two whistles in a low flame.

* Step 2

Dry roast all mentioning things for masala. Allowed to cool then grind to a soft powder.

* Step 3

Take one kadai add ghee gradually add jeera, mustard seeds, red whole chilli and hing add this to to Boiled dal and also add dry roast masala and give a boil for 2 minutes. Have this with hot rice.
